With over 15 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, I bring the knowledge, expertise, and care needed to help you achieve your personal goals. I use a variety of effective training methods — including Strength Training, Pilates, Mobility work, and sometimes HIIT — to create truly customised workouts that are safe, effective, and tailored to your individual needs and lifestyle.

I offer personal training in the comfort of your own home or at your favourite outdoor location. I bring all the equipment, motivation, and expert guidance needed to keep you moving forward with confidence. My goal is to make fitness accessible, enjoyable, and truly effective — with sessions designed to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle.

PRICES

Hourly Rate Peak Time: 1:1 £50 or 2:1 £65
(6-9am, 4-8pm week days and anytime at the weekend)

Hourly Rate Off Peak Time: 1:1 £40 or 2:1 £55
